I have been teaching yoga for over 30 years because I believe yoga changes in a positive way, how a person manages their wellbeing, their personal aspirations their emotional intelligence and mental health.
I don't think people take time for themselves because the pace of life just doesn't seem allow it. As a result we try and manage everyday situations like work, our relationships, our health and our goals less effectively then we may like to. The worst thing about this is that YOU deserve a lot better, but what are YOU going to do about it and how do you go about working on areas in your life that need more work?
When I discovered yoga, I realised that I could manage things more confidently and focus on my goals in a better way because I found out how to handle myself in a variety of 'life' scenarios. I found 'Yoga tools' to allow me to live a higher quality of life. This is when I decided that I would share the secrets passed down from the masters of yoga and place them into a modern day context, so they could be applied to all of us.
