Breathing - The Humming BEE

Sometimes we all just need a little time out.  So take a few moments now.  Sit upright on a chair and just click!  Be conscious that you are breathing from the navel and up into your throat.  In time you will be able to practise this naturally.  You will begin to start feeling the impact of energy just with a couple of good quality breaths!


Just close your eyes, follow the instructions and RELAX...
