What's in a Mudra?
Mudras are elaborate hand gestures or attitudes as they are translated from Sanskrit, which help to seal energy in the body.
When applied consciously these gestures are powerful and efficient, that they are considered a natural therapy in changing a persons mood, energy levels, general wellbeing and are very good in managing health conditions such as insomnia, depression, weight loss, headaches, low and high blood pressure, to name a few conditions.
They can help boost concentration and confidence levels quite dramatically too.
So strike a pose - there's nothing to it. Just pick a mudra, close your eyes for a few minutes and breathe...
